NEVER BUY FROM GAME

While I've realized that it's futile writing a review here hoping for a response from Game, at the very least I hope it helps other people.

I purchased 4 items from their online store, where it clearly stated which items were available at which store. Alas, my order arrives a week later and only one item is delivered. The courier tells me this is normal for Game to do and I must just wait.

I wait another week with no communication from Game. I eventually decide to cancel the order. When I look online it states the entire order has been delivered. I call and they state they will resolve the matter. Another week, nothing. I call again furious. Eventually one person decides to escalate my matter and process my refund.

Another week goes by, nothing. I call once more only to find that the last agent has done nothing. This has gone on for a month now. Today I decide to try my luck once more and guess what? The agent simply apologizes and ignores me until I end the chat.

Needless to say never purchase anything from these slimey ******.
