Never buy Electronics from Game

On the 23rd of December I asked my mom to buy a proline 14 for my son for studies at Game at Jabulani mall. when we opened the laptop after the holidays, we found out that it was faulty - I could not login. Asked my mom to return it on the 2nd of January 2025. she was told that they would need to book it for repairs, and this would take 21 days. I called the call center they said the same thing -reason for booking was that we had opened it they would only refund it if we returned it unopened within 7 days. I don't know how we would have known it was faulty if we did not open it. I really regret buying from Game and would advise anyone against buying there because they are not considerate, and this is within those 7 days since most days were holidays. Oh, another thing they were greeted by the salesman who said that he did advise them that proline is faulty.
