Never buy appliances from Game!

Bought Brabantia Food Processor from Game. The mixer/chopper which has the blade works perfectly, but the blender/jug refuses to work. The item has just fallen out of guarantee and I need to get some sort of resolve from Game, pertaining to an inspection of the machine, so as to have it repaired/replaced. I've been calling Game to get someone in the relevant department to assist me, but to no avail since the calls are placed on hold for at least 20 mins and then eventually dropped. This is so frustrating! This is not the first faulty appliance I've received from Game.
