Never buy an Acer laptop from GAME!!

I bought an Acer laptop from Game 13 July 2020. The Hard Drive crashed after 11 days, took it back to Game. They said that they have no idea when the courier would come to collect the laptop and so I took it to Technologia group in Midrand myself because I couldn't afford to wait very long (I need it for studies and work). I waited for 3 weeks and then I went to collect it. It crashed a second time in September and same thing, took it to Technologia group on 28 September myself and could fetch it after 3 weeks. I took it in for repairs on the 5 Nov for a third time because the laptop randomly shuts down while I'm working on it. I have called and mailed but have still not gotten back to me… From the 13th of July to date the Acer laptop has broken down on 3 occasions.
