Never been so badly spoken to before!

I visited your Centurion branch over the weekend to purchase a Television (Samsung curve 48inch for R 14999). I also took along a quotation received from a neighboring store that sells the same television for just R9999.00 and asked for a price match. The Gentleman that assisted confirmed that the store did not have stock of this TV, but saw that Menlyn branch did so called the manager to see what he could do. When the manager arrived (with a bad attitude already) he told me he cannot price match something he have no stock of. I confirmed that I am willing to wait for the stock but Maurice insisted he could not help me, after a very unpleasant argument, where he raised his voice toward me, told me I was being ridiculous and that I could complain where ever I wanted to because there is no proof, no camera's have been installed in the store - I was even told to stop causing a scene (and I really was not!) but perhaps I should have so everyone know how badly he treats his customers, and told to take my business elsewhere and all this in front of my 4 year old daughter - she referred to him as an \ugly uncle\"... I will make sure everyone I know hears about this - absolutely disgusting!"
