Never assist with the reprint receipt

On the 30th of September I bought a kiddies items to be specific activity and feeding chair which I wanted exchange for something else as my friend was have a baby shower I bought it as a present the only problem she wanted to exchange for something else not a refund but I was told I can not get a refund exchange because I don't have a receipt even though I new the date,the thing the chair is to small is not a suitable fit for the kid,I just need the reprint for my friend so she can go and exchange but they refused please assist as I always go there and it Couse me money to go the in the amount of R60 know one will replace that amount the only thing that I need is the reprint so she can be able to do the right purchase please.
