I've had the worst customer service. An employee by the name of Katlego made me regret visiting this store.

Yesterday Afternoon I made my way to the store looking for Mainstay 3 Pce Cast Iron Fry Pan Set which is found at the Home & Garden area in the store. The first time I spoke to Katlego he had just finished helping some one with a Gazebo. Already just from seeing the way he treated that client i was not happy. I asked him for help as it was his department. Katlego simply told me there is no stock and walked away. I asked someone else to assist as I could see he had no interest in helping me. They paged Katlego twice and he never came back. I then went to see if they can help me see if they are available at another nearby game. Out of interest I asked that they check if they have them in the store only to find that they do have stock. Clearly I was not important enough for him to take the effort to check. We actually found them it's really disgusting that a person can be so lazy and rude yet is employed to work with people.
