Never again, KIC and Game Secunda Mall
<p>Worst customer service, from both Game Secunda Mall and KIC!! 24/03/2017 my husband bought a brand new KIC fridge, a week later my husband went back to Game to report the faulty freezer door, but we had to go back a week later. on 24 April a KIC technician was at our house, and told my husband the door was not fitted right..... Till today not Game or KIC phoned us back regarding this... Pathetic </p>
So my husband must arrange transport for the Fridge, go to our home in Evander load it by himself, bring it to Secunda Game store who sold the faulty fridge in the first place. Get a voucher or cash, and if he decides to buy another one from Game he must pick it up or pay R 250.00 delivery, that is the tipe of service you give customers!! I will never buy another thing from you!! This is not customer service, this is taking the easy way, not making life easier for your customer oooo no they must do everything for you!!!
