I bought a Defy stove on the 25th of August last month and I called the store to please come and collect the stove due to its was broken the first day we got it and the asked to please see where it is damaged and we sent them pictures but till today they haven't collected the stove to bring the new one I paid cash for the stove but the level of service is lacking and they called us since last mobth
