Negligence from Game Zevenwacht mall

I purchased a Defy washing machine 14 kg from Game at Zevenwacht mall last year in May.Upon assembling the washing machine and using it I noticed an unbearable sound.I went to Game Zevenwacht to report the matter and they said a Defy technician will be on touch from last year all the appointments date that I'm suppose to expect someone,nobody shows up and one that did came.He claimed that he needed to order some missing parts from the washing machine and left with no follow up.This is a washing machine bought last year(2025) in May we are approaching a year now of waiting for a technician to come fix the issue.I'm wondering if they waiting for the warranty period to end.
