Negligence and poor service

I honestly had a bad experience at game (bloedmall) where i had an accident which resulted in me cutting my palm on a broken bottle i fell on because there was no caution sign visible. I eventually left the store without having recieved first aid and got stiches. After for months the store manager or head office cant even pick up the phone and call me then a bertha called offering me R550 which i do not know how it was coumpounded given my inconveniences. I am disappointed by this service and how they dealt with the issue and the fact that i still left without my shopping. Regretted setting foot in that shop as it only yielded pain and embarrassment
