Need help Game Welkom suck

I received a gift voucher from game and left it in Mosselbay with my mom. I went to Game Welkom with all the details of the card and slip of the R500 voucher. They helped me by stopping the old card and phoned head office toissue a new one.. The said the Manager in store should help. That all happend on Thursday 20/06/2019 they said it wil take 2 day (notided they never said anything about working days or the weekend.) It's Sunday 23/06/2019 4 days later still no help...
