N1 CITY GAME BAD SERVICE

I would like to say very disappointed in the N1 CITY GAME I asked Werner to keep a bike aside and assemble the bike as well. When my friend got there to pick the bike up he had to take it in the box unassembled.

Also called the store from 9am yesterday no contact at all.
