My worst experience with Game

Worst Experience of my life,i bough a fridge on the 05th feb 26 online it was on special so i went through the entire process then did a payment.. The money came out of my Bank to theirs but i got a return massage saying the order failed. I called and called to see if anyone can i assist me to tell me what happened but no 1 could assist me,i had to call my bank to reverse the transection and i paid R326 jus for reversal as the bank told me the money is already in their bank but thy kept telling me they will escalade the matter,till today they still haven't even bothered to call me email me regarding this matter.
