My stove not fixed till today

I visited Game in johannesburg cCBD and purchases a Bosch stove with some other items on and the stove started giving problems, meaning the plates started not heating up. I went through to Game explained my situation and informed them that I didn have the pink slip of that purchase but I can bring my proof of payment on my bank statement of which I did. The manager said she will process the documents for me and email me a reference number and she never did months went by my father and I went back again and informed her that we still waiting for the reference number and she then gave us a reference no and a no to call to log a complaint so they can put on their system for Bosch to come out and fix the stove it's over a year now my stove is not working and I'm still waiting for them to come through. I'm truely disappointed in the service I recieved I didn hesitate to pay for this items but now when they have to come and assist me I have to keep going back and forth to get my stove fixed.
