My Shopping Experience

I visited Game Knysna recently, on the lookout for smaller appliances for the purposes of downscaling. When I showed an interest in the section where small ovens are on display I was immediately approached by Courtney who enquired about my need. She then proceeded to show me and demonstrate the option I showed an interest in : the gadgets that come with the model and the cleaning process. Friendly ,knowledgeable staff showing an interest make a huge difference to one's shopping experience. Well done Game for training your staff and serving the custoer at a satisfying level!
