My nightmare washing machine (Game Stores)

Recently made an online purchase at Game. I bought a Defy top loader washing machine. They promise delivery within 2-5 days, but it took longer than that for me. I received a faulty machine which does not switch on...i called in at reported it the very same day of delivery. I am being taken from pillar to post, I am the one calling in daily, even thorgh i am promised feedback. Today marks 2 weeks since i paid for this eye sore in my house. This machine is a nuiasance in my house now. They are unable to process a replacement or my refund, but are not coming to collect this machine. They are unable to take responsibility, and want to shift the blame to the courier or tho Defy....but the reality is i paid Game Store and no0one else. If i could i would load it onto my car and go and drop it off myself. This was not my first purchase from them, but is most definitely my last.
