My name is Jacqueline and I'm unhappy about the service I'm receiving at game store Westgate. .

I bought a washing machine samsumg 13kg at game Westgate 2 months ago they haven't deliverd because they have no stock from the supplier'for 2momths' to my surprise other shops do have the same machine,instead they are offering to substitute with something else..I don't want other brands I want the one I bought and it's unacceptable for them to tell me they have no stock and I feel they are doing nothing about it..I need the waching machine...I've called the shop a couple of times spoke to the manager and I was told there's nothing they can do...I don't want refund I want the product..why did they advertise the product if they knew they won't be able to supply??I've been patient it's enough now..
