MY MICROWAVE!!!!!!

I purched a microwave at Game Zevenwagcht and tried to have it book in for repairs. This I did earlier in the year I can't even remember the date.

I have spoken to supervisor that called the department manager,as her was off, to ask for assistance. He then agrees to contact me back and book the microwave the Monday. I expected a call but nothing. Few weeks later I 23nt into the store to enquire only to find that the microwave hasn't been booked in. I did not have a slip anymore but communicated this with the store associates, so the delay was because there is no slip but I was promised to have the electronic booked in as they will check on the system for the slip.

Remember I made numerous attempts before going into the store to get the manager to call me but nothing. I was furious because no one came back with feedback regarding my microwave. I hear on this day that I was suppose to have gotten a loan microwave to use. Again that was also not communitied with me.

I said I don't care for the loan unit but atleast get my item fixed. I spoke to the sales manager and he was basically telling me that isn't was not the floor manager's(the one that was suppose to contact me) fault. I let that slide again as I had a family matter that needed my attention at that time.

Again few weeks down my microwave got booked in as I received a SMS notification. I am writing this review as it's almost 30+days that the unit was send to repairs and I am yet to receive feedback. In total my electronic has been 60 days (THREE MONTHS!!!) In the "care" of this store.

I just feel this is pathetic and uncalled for. If anyone ever wants to buy n electronic I would not recommend the zevenwagcht branch as they are dragging their feet to do their jobs. This one sends you to this one and shifts blame in this one. I mean that's is nonsense.

Floor manager that was suppose to handle this issue is Ismail. The manager that covered for him was Bradley.

So this review is dedicated to you two. Thank you for the non-service. Do contact me I need an answer as to where is my microwave and what is the hold up. You have my contact details!!!
