MY GAME ORDER HAS TAKEN OVER 2 WEEKS (16 DAYS) TO BE DELIVERED & I AM STILL WAITING!

My Game order has taken over 2 weeks (16 DAYS) to be delivered.

Order Date – 2 May 2022 Todays Date – 17 May 2022 and still waiting

I ordered a washing machine on the 2nd of May 2022 after selling the one I had the previous day. I understood that the delivery time was 5-7 days and did not mind waiting that period. But after over 6 phonecalls to Game by both my brother and I, I am running out of patience. We have spent a ridiculous amount of money on phonecalls alone and have had the phone put down on us twice. Between the help centre and the warehouse there does not seem to be any communication. The first phonecall we were told that the machine was being dispatched. The second, the washing machine was out of stock. The third the phone was put down on us. The fourth phoncecall we were told that our order was not even logged on the system. The fifth phonecall I was told that the machine would be delivered to me yesterday by 6pm (16 May) and the latest today (17 May). I phoned again today and had a very helpful employee who tried her utmost best to help but it seems as though even she was not getting anywhere despite her explaining that we had been waiting for over 2 weeks for the machine to be delivered and had not been able to do washing etc. The warehouse said again that the order was not on the system, then said that it needed to be cleared which takes up to 2 hours and they could not give an answer as to when my machine would actually be delivered and what day. They said that it is out of their hands and there is nothing they can do as the courier service they use could take 3 days to eventually get it to my house. Now while I do understand that this may be out of Game’s hands at the point of the courier terms BUT what did they do to assist me for the past 16 DAYS??? The call centre lady who helped said that they only do ‘special’ arrangements for clients who have waited for a month!? How is that even okay in the first place! The website says 5-7 days and they will only really assist you if its been A MONTH! Next we get an sms after I just got off of the phone with the call centre, who says they are trying to figure out what is going on, that our washing machine has been dispatched???? Again NO COMMUNICATION! So they SMS gives us a number to track our delivery. I login online put in my details and it says I have no order and no order history for that matter!??? At this point I am extremely frustrated and I have not complained or shouted or lost my cool for over 2 weeks but I have now had it! I will never order anything online from Game again! If you’re looking to order anything and only need it in a month or longer please be my guest and order from them  That way you can move houses, repaint your house in time for your Game delivery! Seriously disappointed and very frustrated with this whole experience. Nevermind not being able to do my washing for 16 DAYS!!!
