My fridge is still not delivered !

I ordered a fridge that is on promotion for R4999 from Vincent Game store . The fridge was supposed to be delivered by Game in Northern Cape Upington on the 22nd of December 2024 as per the agreement and communication ( sms) that Game sent me on my phone.

Game in Upington has not delivered the fridge as per agreement ! Your customer service is trash and no wonder Game stores have been closing down.
