My first ever review

We went into the store and ordered a sleeper couch. The sales guy was exceptional, even going with us to our car to measure to see whether delivery is required, or if we could take couch with us instead. Bearing in mind, delivery is never my first option to ensure we actually receive good we paid for. So it could not fit, and we had to have it delivered. Again, service was exceptional. Then upon return two days later (midday), as we were informed that delivery would take place early on Friday, the store could not tell me or update me on the delivery. So you have to take a whole day and just wait at your home because if they said Friday, it is still Friday to them. What disturbed me even more is that with about 3 staff members at counter, they had to announce for a another to come and help me while they continue to sit and attend to no-one. and I stand and wait. So regret this purchase.
