My complaint was not treated fairly

I bought a double door Hisense fridge at Game Stores - Circus Triangle Mthatha in June 2020. The fridge was R14000 the sales man said to me my fridge was under warranty if I could ever experience any problem I should call the store they will fix it. Today the 01 November 2020 I noticed that my freezer is not cooling its warm inside I called Game Stores I was told to email a slip to Hisense by myself. I am so mad because I feel like Game Stores is assisting me at all regarding this issue.
