MY CHRISTMAS IS ABOUT TO BE RUINED!

On Black Friday (27 Nov) I bought 13KG Samsung washing machine at GAME Vaal Mall (even paid for delivery because the shop was out of stock) and I was informed it will be delivered around the week of 16 Dec. Till to date no delivery and no one is calling or informing me about ANYTHING! I even called on Friday & my call was dropped, same thing happened this morning 21 Dec...my calls get dropped/cut off without even speaking to the right person (I keep getting transferred & then my call get disconnected while I am still waiting to speak to the relevant people). This is terrible service and is ruining my CHRISTMAS spirit in a BAD WAY! I cannot believe such a big company is treating its customers so bad. They are not doing their part to keep me informed and even when I make the 1st move to find the information myself...I explain my story, give my order number and then they say they are transferring me to the right people....and all of a sudden my calls gets DISCONNECTED. How unprofessional and uncaring!!!
