My account not cleared

<p>I went to Absa to request a loan, it appeared that I still have an account with game which was settled in 2015. I went to Game at centurion to check why my account is not cleared on ITC, the lady assisted me by phoning their call center, they told me that I need to send them my credit bureau. I told them that to get that trans union statement I have to pay. So I want game to settle my account with credit bureau because they were suppose to do that the time I settle their account.</p>
