Must I tell you how to do your job?
I got a phone call from Sibongile on Thursday that she found the product 80 watt soldering kit, item no. 796244-EA. Monday morning Tshepelo phoned to let me know the one they received is not the kit. His explanation was that the barcode is incorrect on the product. I mean how difficult is it for a area manager to send an email out to all the games in South Africa and ask for stock and arrange to get the stock and fix the barcode on the product. Should I tell you how to do your job. As a customer I do not want to hear your excuses I want a solution for the problem that was caused by *********** people. Do not make your problem mine, solve it.

I still have no reply from Game regarding this complaint:
