Ms Office installation

I bought a laptop at Game promenade last year on the 6th October. My laptop is an Acer aspire 3 just perfect for my studies as I am a student. The guy that assisted me asked if I wanted to buy MS Office and I said yes. So he gave me a price that Game charges and he gave me a price that he charges. So I asked him the difference and he said his software was the exact same as Game. Since he is standing at Game premises I assumed this was policy, because who in the world would do business within a business and still be so calm about it. So he installed his software and when I asked him if I should go and pay so long while he is busy and he said yes. So he asked me to pay him cash for the Ms Office. So I withdrew the cash, gave him R800. So he said anything that should go wrong I must contact him. I went and used my laptop no issues. Now I went back to Game on the 17th August this year as my laptop had crashed on the 10th August while I was busy with an exam and that meant that I have to re-register for the modules I could not write. Now I was notified that my laptop is back from repairs and that I should collect. I went to Game promenade before I went to work, the lady assisted me and she told me to gi back to the guys who sells laptops so they can test it. There I was assisted by a lady who told me she couldn't help me because Ronnie who is the guy that assisted me is not around. So I said it's fine tell I'll be back tomorrow. So the lady asked me to leave my contact details and so I did. Ronnie then gave me a call and he told me to come the next day. I went there again before I went to work, to my surprise two guys told me he is not around he went home. This was just after 10h00 on a Friday. I was furious, I told them to tell Ronnie I do not have time for games, he should get back to me. But what shocked me was the fact that nobody else could deal with My issue except this guy. So I shared my problem with a friend who advised me that selling Ms Office like Ronnie did to me is not a policy that Game has, now why did this Ronnie guy do this to my laptop and how do you keep such dishonest people in your employ? Now what if something happens to my laptop and Game cannot help me? Contact me, I need to know if this guy is still in your employ because I stand a good chance of having a laptop that has some virus or whatever funny stuff from his ***** dealings
