Yesterday I went to buy an office chair which they advertised as I got there they do have the chair but they couldn't help me at the pay point because there is something wrong with the code or barcode, I've waited over an hour for them trying to fix the problem but all in vain. So I left they promised to keep the chair for me, I phone this morning spoke to the store manager she promised to phone me back and also no reply,. Would like to know what is happening why can't they assist is it a lack in training???? Or just no pride in what they do, just a job with a pay check what happened to customer service
