Frankly I do not have an experience with game Somerset West Mall.
I tried to contact them telephonically on three occasions. Twice the telephone was answered after 8 to 10 minutes and on both occasions the "manager" could not answer before the line dropped after 10 to 15 minutes.
The 3rd time no-buddy answered. "Retail is detail" got lost at this store!!!
