I believe Game Stores are violating the F.S.P. act and legislation. My unpleasant experience i had on the 1/12/2023 at thier Store at the Glen Shopping Center in the South of Johannesburg make me believe that. I requested from the cashier to make a financial (Money) Withdrawal from my Bank account. She told me i must buy something first, (point of clarity) I allready made a purchase, and paid her in cash, and was short of cash, that's why i requested of her to make a withdrawal (Monetary withdrawal) from my Bank account, I have done this at Pick n Pay, Checkers, And other retailers including the same store (Game Store at the Glen Shopping Center) before. I asked for the Manager, because i felt my rights as a Consumer was violated, Mr. Xulu the Store Manager approach me, I then explained to him what the cashier told me. He then told me that it has allways been Game Stores policy: to make a withdrawal (Monetary) a customer must first make a purchase. F S.P. legislation (Acts) I believe is Uniformed (The same applies to All retailers) and Game Stores at the Glen Shopping Center in the South of Johannesburg are Violating the F.S.P. legislation and agreemant with all F.S.P. (Banks) providers.
