Good day,
On Monday I bought a Nokia 2 at Game Midrand Boulders but only to find that the Cellphone overheats and takes time to charge. I logged a complaint online and was advised to take the device back to the store because it is still under 7 days. Today I got to the store but was told that they don't do on-site assessments so I have to take the phone to Vodacare. I went to Vodacare only to find that Vodacare is closed due to renovations and they will open on November. Now I don't know what to do because the 7 day period is gonna end on Monday and then I won't be eligible to get a full refund or another device. Is this another way for Game to ***** our money by sending us from post to pillar. This is totally unacceptable. I am stuck with a phone that doesn't work while my money is gone. This phone could explode in my ear while busy on the phone.

Best regards,
Please accept our apology for the inconvenience caused, we were unaware that the Vodacom repair centre was closed due to renovations.
Unfortunately overheating is not automatically seen as an out of box failure as you are referring to the 7 day policy, Overheating can be caused by many factors, which is why we advised you to take the phone directly to Vodacom to have it assessed, we also advised you that there is a repair centre in Fourways mall, You are most welcome to bring the phone back to Game and we can send it in for an assessment on your behalf, this assessment takes up to 10 days
