Mpho Tsotetsi's attitude not playing game!!

So, I visited your Eastgate bracnh today, and wads looking forward to using my new Game store card. But alas, I had forgotten my pin while at check out, the friendly cashier advised that I go reset it with the team conncerned, when I got there one of the two ladies was already assisting a fellow customer and the other one was just sitting idle and was not even bothered that I was there-she even went as far as leaving the point she was manning and went around the ****er to gossip, and when one of her colleagues alerted her that I was gettign frustrated she went and dialled your customer service team and because she had advised me that she will now beging with assisting, I could not deduce that she was referring to me when she shouted"Hello" several times trying to get my attention and when I finally realised that is was me being called out I asked whether a "hello"was the correct way to get the attention of a customer in a room filled with other customers and your colleagues and she res****ded by exclaiming that " Hello did get your response now , didn't it" - Her name is Mpho Tsotetsi and she has a stinking attitutde, along with her colleague dealing with RCS cards.
