MP Moleya ***

I went to Game store in Mall of Africa on the 12/04/2021 to book my laptop for repairs, is almost two months and no updates, today I went there for the third time and each time they tell me they will do a follow up and let me know and they never did, I thought the so called manager will assist but he didn't even care, he kept on telling Mashudu from repairs that is over 21 days we should do something and his final decision was we are waiting for the supply to tell us what's the delay, what the hell is that, first of all I was not updated at all what frustrates me most is that I use the laptop for school purpose and the classes are starting on Monday, and is online classes. I'm so angry and dissapointed I never expected that in such a big Store , the reason why I ask for a manager is that the lady with no name tag was so rude to me and I told her that I will report this.
