Most useless insurance Department ever!

Your insurance department is the most useless ever! It's been over a year fighting with your Insurance department. I was told my claim was approved early February and yet y'all haven't made payments now I'm getting messages that I'm on arrears and my unsiwilk lapse. I sent through all. My documents but you don't keep your end of the deal.. After u fix this mess I'm closing the account. Can't deal with such incompetence all the time
