Most unfriendly and unprofessional service ever
<p>I returned my TV set to Game N1 City for repairs as the device is currently non-functional. I must say I've never been received at any retail outlet with such unfriendliness and unprofessional behavior. As a customer I did not intend on purchasing an item, that I would have to return and be met with the service I received yesterday. I will definitely think twice before advising anyone to go to Game N1 City, being send from pillar to post, walking around with a TV set in any store is no fun at all. Think it future I will rather advise family and friends to try Makro before visiting any Game Store.</p>
I am really sadden by your experience you had at our Game store recently and want to apologize for the level of service you got on that particular day which was really unacceptable in terms of our Game and Wal-Mart beliefs and values.
