Most pathetic service ever!!

On the 24th of May 2022 I visited Game Welkom to buy a pack of balloons. When I entered the store I walked straight to the aisle where that balloons are located but could not find any. I walked back to the Money Centre and asked one of the cashiers if they do sell balloons, he assured me that they do and that it can me found in that aisle- the where I were just now. I went back to that aisle once again and searched for the balloons, could still not find any. I walked back to the cashier and asked him to please come and show me where the balloons are. He remained to be seated and told that they must be sold out and continued his conversation with a female employee. I left store and tried to call the two numbers that I have of the store. On not one of the numbers I got an answer. About ten minutes later I tried again but still no answer. On the 25th of May 2022 I wrote an email to costumer support and still have not gotten an answer.
