Most impressive customer service - TSHOLOFETSO
I went into Game on Sunday, February 14 to purchase a cellphone and got the BEST service ever from Tsholofetso - she showed me all the specials and analysed my needs of a cellphone then offered me the right phone. Not stopping there she went the extra mile by installing all my apps on my phone viz. email, whatsapp, etc and showed me the various stuff that the phone offered. It is not often that we get such good service from people in the service industry so I was most impressed. Well done Tsholofetso and Game please take care of her as she is an asset to your company and will bring in a lot of business with her attitude and excellent customer service.
