MORE THAN 14DAYS STILL NO DELIVERY!

I bought items from game online on the 16th of March and got an email same day that my order was dispatched. Phoned multiple times to follow up and was being told to wait for 10 days. 10 days passed and still my order has not arrived. I am very disappointed at game, not just the delivery that has not taken place but for the disrespect they have for customers. They make promises to make follow ups and call me back just for me to hold on but they know very well that they won't fulfil. This is very unprofessional and is definitely going to be my last time buying from them. Now my calls are not even going through.. This is sickening!
