More Empty Promises @ Game Springs Mall

Good day AGAIN.

After writing my story on 11-3-21 I got email saying Game had rep**** privately: I CANNOT LOCATE THEIR RESPONSE. On 12-3-21 I got a call from Mawande from Game@SpringsMall saying the devices have arrived. Said I should bring 1.Proof Of Address 2.Bank Statement and 3.Affidavit confirming income is from a Taxi Business cos my partner was taking the phones for us. I explained that my partner is owning the business from October 2020 and doesn't have any debts. Mawande assured me that we going home with the phones that day. Got to the store and the good consultant advised us to take Samsung A12 instead of the A11 after he had heard what features we wanted on a phone. He recommended A12 due to its Space and Camera capabilities and we took his advice. We waited the whole day at Game while waiting for approval. Closing time came and we were told to come back tomorrow lol. Spoke to manager Miss Ndlovu whom I had previously complained to regarding the false adverti*****t. The same manager who promised to call me a week earlier but never did. She said she will compensate our losses for that day wether application is approved or not the following day. Following day our application is declined due to low credit score UNDERSTANDABLE even though they made it seem like it would be a done deal when we came because of delays n delays on their side. Asked manager about our payback agreement and now the story changes to:The fone you app**** for (A12)is not the same as the one in a false advertising dispute(A11) lol but she had our application papers in her hands when she offered to pay our expenses. She has since said she will call back after talking to seniors. I'm wondering if she will cover my expenses for going to Carnival Mall Game after being **** to by her manager Nathi saying the fones are available at Carnival.
