Monthly charged for credit balance on account!
I have a positive credit account for the last couple of months yet GAME charge me R 48 service fee which they never done.
They refuse to refund me and there argument is that I have to pay to have an account with them!
Absolutely ridiculous, I have been a client for more than 10 years.

05 Aug 2019, 21:30This is so disappointing, quickly phoned me after the HelloPeter report and promised me it will be resolved ASAP and will be contacted soon. Since the initial call, no response, no feedback, no resolution! Pathetic!
