mongoose bike R2500

i buy a bicycle from game parow mongoose its around 2500, the time when i buy the bicycle from game 27/03/2021 it was a offshow bike, like the bike they display and it was also the last one , no i have a problem with it i dont find the slip but the bike was swipe with the card ,i take the bank statement to game and the last 4 numbers on the card like they ask ,when i go to game they told me its to long no they cant find a slip they must phone haedoffice so that they can track the slip and they will phone me back when i must bring back the bike and the problem is the child did only drive twice with the bike and the crank off the bike is spoilt ,and i dont no for how long did the bike stand in the shop but its happen in april the first week since that time the bike was never use and the reason why i did go no to game it was because i was looking for the slip and go find out the things i must have if i dont find the slip
