Money still missing
How long must i wait for my money!!!!!!!!!!! I toldnyou guys sooo many time last week how urgent i need the refund...... I was given refund 2 weeks ago. And a week has passed with no refund. No one bothered to contact me!!!! Its in your terms and conditions,wich you clearly violated. No one contacted me. If someone has,then all this would have been avoided. 1week after i made contact, only tgen was it told i must give my banking details. No one even contacted me to get it.... Your emails doesnt work!!!!!!!!! I cant send emails to ask updates. No one bothers to contact me and give an update...,. My baby needs food and medicine!!!! I gave my details last week!!!!!!!!! I should have it already. !!!!!!! This is getting ridiculous. You dont follow your own terms and conditions regarding product availability and refunds.....

The huge,main problem still lies with you violating your own terms and conditions reg items out of stock and refunds
No one bothered to contact me regarding the stock isue.
You fail to keep your online stock count up to date. Someone is supose to contact me, the moment there's no stock. Instead you just canceled the order.
Then a week later only im told,if im capitec,i must provide banking details. Wich is impossible as your emails does not work.
Causing me to call in my self, using my own airtime. Because youre not compitent to do anything.
I repeatedly said the urgency. Yet you take your time
First im told funds would reflect yesterday.
Then im told funds will reflect today.
Theres still nothing!!!!!!!!!!! Its been more than a week aince i gave my bank details. To pay me back cannot take so long!!!!!!! This is a huge inconvenience to me now. With zero compensation.
Its been over 2 weeks since i got an email stating refund processed.
Yet not a cent to show.
This is utterly unfair!!!!! I cannot get to work because i dont have petrol money.
I keep planing on your promise,wich does not come true,and baby cant goto doctor, because theres no money!!!!!!!!!!!! Its like you just dont care .... Thats what it feels like......

Kindly note with Capitec refunds our finance department would have to manually refund you, On our our side the refund has been processed and it should reflect within 3 to 5 working days depending on the clearance of your bank. We truly apologize for the delay regards to this.
