Money Making scheme

I bought a dish washer from Game online on the 24th November ref G ********** 10 , after million excuses i was encouraged to cancel the order because their courier company Dawn Wing misplaced the machine and 20 days later i have just received an email confirming my cancellation and a refund will be made in 14 days, what i nice way of earning free money through interest in my money and others of course, ask for payment, give excuses for not delivering and offer to refund without paying over the interest earned while money was in your account, that is what i call arbitrage (risk less profit). I will obvious seek comfort from the consumer council about this despicable practice from game and this would be the last of me buying from any mass discounters shops.
