****** money and No Ladder

Terrible service really - I ordered a ladder on their site and they debited me but failed the order. When I asked for intervention in either sending my money back or processing the order, I was told that the order failed because they had no stick. Then why is there false advertising saying 5 left, I did not need to be put under duress to make the purchase. It is incredibly disappointing as the leader was to fix my grandmother's roof...I am yet to receive my money back or an answer
