Missing products

Pathetic service

I am absolutely disappointed with Game Stores online I placed an order (order no. ***). My main aim was to order a kettle to boil formula for my 6 months baby and I ended up adding other items, in those items were three blankets and a duvet cover to the value of R2000+. After numerous calls, emails, social media posts I finally received my order on Friday. To my horror when I opened my order it was missing 1 blanket, a duvet cover and a packet of cashew roasted nuts and no explanation. They included short dated products. At first I thought the courier company made a mistake but they confirmed it was only two boxes under my name. I then contacted Game Stores and the calls went unanswered, I sent an email, dm's and posted on their page but nobody responded. The products were sealed in plastic bags before being placed in boxes and no seals were broken which I believe the fault is with Game Stores warehouse. What really disgusts me is some complaints are being attended to and mine ignored. These are big items to just let go. DO NOT BUY FROM GAME they have no respect for customers.
