Missing Itema - No help from Game

I placed my order online on the 28/12. Two of my items is still not received. I received a email stating my order is delivered in full. I have phoned them, emailed them, but till this day I have not had any success in receivinv my two missing items. What pathetic service is this where you cannot even get proper help? I have always been a fan of Game but their online shop needs to improve in making sure their customers receive all their goods and are able to speak to someone that can assist when there are items missing.
