Missing item- paid for.

Placed an order online with Game. Had the delivery done. Driver forced my mom to sign off saying the missing item will be delivered shortly. I called and the customer service agent couldn't assist and promised to get back to me and obviously she didn't. I'm tired of game and their horrible service. I mean I paid for the item.
