Missing Item Not Delivered and Overdue with no response from the store

Good day

I have followed up multiple times on my issue and it is still not resolved.

My previous calls I have spoken to Lupho(3 Dec) and Bradley (15 December). Both of the call centre agents gave me the same feedback, that the issue has been escalated to someone for resolution.

I still do not have my pool cleaner and no one has any indication as to when I will receive it.

When will I have my pool cleaner delivered because it was not delivered as part of my order.
