Missing headsets from new phone box

I bought a new phone and the headsets were missing. I bought a new phone on Saturday and I didn't realize that there was a missing accessory. I don't think it's my responsibility to check since I put trust in the company to deliver 100% on their products.

I assumed because it's not a high end phone it probably didn't come with headsets but when I later looked in the box I realized there was a socket for headsets that was empty.
