Missing Fridge
I ordered my goods online on the 24th of November 2023. To date I have not received my Fridge that I have ordered. I only received some of my goods.I have been given run around by Game Online Store regarding my fridge. I thought ordering online will be easier but it has been hell. With the heat wave amongst us I thought I’d have my fridge by now. I have a 2 year old in which some of her food needs to be in a fridge. I’m a single mother and I have to be struggling like this to get my things. I have taken day offs from work just to sort out this Game online mess. This has been the worst experience for me. I have used online before but this is the worst customer service I have ever received.

07 Dec 2023, 10:09Hi. The washing machine you sold to me it's not working. It's been 4 days today waiting for the Technician from Defy. I have not been called for the past 4 days for any arrangement .You guys sold me a washing machine that's old. I need you to organise a courier to pick up the washing machine. I want my money back for this washing machine. I'm not going to be ****med by Game online.
